Eligibility for Refund:
Holistic Education India offers refunds only in cases of errors or technical issues that result in double payments or overpayments by donors.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, donors must inform Holistic Education India within 7 days of the donation date by sending an email to info@holisticeducationindia.org or a letter (via courier only) to our Bangalore office.
- Refund requests will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued via account payee cheque or NEFT, made payable to the donating party only.
Non-Refundable Donations:
Donations made through the online payment gateway are non-refundable unless fraud is reported by our payment gateway service providers.
